EAVision CRM System Overview

The EAVision CRM system is a cloud-based platform similar to DJI's SmartFarm, used for managing and accessing data from drone operations. It tracks as-applied data, field info, team activity, and more, all accessible through a web browser on any device — no app required.

Key Features:

  • Dashboard Overview: View team activity, flight hours, and total area sprayed.

  • Operation Details: Dive into individual operations to see flight paths, spray areas, and replay missions.

  • After-Sales Service: Submit warranty claims or crash reports for dealer analysis.

  • Ortho Photo Map: Upload drone imagery, create maps, and sync them to your EA account and remote controller.

  • Operations Management: Access detailed operation data, export KML/Excel files, and filter by plot or flight.

  • Demand Management: Create and manage work orders, assign team members, and track completion progress.

  • Team & Device Management: Add pilots, teams, UAVs, and bind devices to accounts for streamlined data and warranty tracking.

  • Plot Management: Create, edit, and view field boundaries. Add no-spray or obstacle zones. Easily done via mobile with GPS and Google Maps integration.

  • Account Settings: Update personal settings, switch to Imperial units, and manage login credentials.
