This video provides an overview of the EA Vision warranty process for the J100 drone. It explains where to find the warranty guidelines in the Knowledge Hub and how to access them via the controller or mobile device. The warranty page outlines what's covered and for how long, with specific breakdowns for drone components like pumps, connectors, and more.
It walks through how to determine if an issue is eligible for warranty and highlights the importance of working with your local dealer, who can help verify eligibility and facilitate the process.
If a crash occurs, you’ll need to:
-
Take a short video of the damaged drone and crash site
-
Capture a photo of the drone's serial number
-
Upload the relevant flight logs (specific to the crash time)
-
Contact your dealer for further assistance
If it’s a non-crash issue (battery, controller, accessory, etc.), provide a short video showing the problem, the component, and the serial number.
Future updates aim to simplify the process further with a dealer locator and repair request feature directly on the J100 controller.
Once all required information is submitted, EA Vision will review and make a warranty decision. Approved claims result in a refund or credit issued to the dealer or repair party.
